If you have already tried transferring your contacts using the Switch to Punkt. app and the import was not successful, export your contacts from your previous device or service, such as iCloud, Google or Outlook, as a .vcf file.

Before transferring the file, we recommend cleaning it using our dedicated tool on your computer: https://www.punkt.ch/pages/vcf-cleaner

Then connect the MC03 to your computer via USB, access the device storage, and copy the cleaned .vcf file to your phone.

On your MC03, open Contacts, go to Contact management, and select Import contacts. Choose the .vcf file and confirm to complete the import.
