To create a backup, go to Pigeon &gt; Settings &gt; Chats &gt; Chat Backup, then press &#x201C;Turn on&#x201D;.You will be shown a 30-digit backup passphrase &#x2014; please make sure to write it down and store it securely.Wait a couple of minutes until the backup is completed. You&#x2019;ll see &#x201C;Last created: Now&#x201D; when it&#x2019;s ready.Once the backup is complete, you can proceed to uninstall and reinstall the app fromMain Menu &gt; Settings &gt; Applications &gt; Manage.
