How to cancel an order?Updated 21 days ago

You can only cancel your order if our customer support team hasn’t yet managed or shipped it. If eligible, the cancellation button will appear automatically on the specific order.

You can request a cancellation by clicking here. Simply follow these steps:

- Enter your email address.

- Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email.

- Select the order you wish to cancel.

- Click the “Cancel” button.

- Click “Request Cancellation.”
