How to update an order (address, name, or email)?Updated a month ago
Kindly note that your order can only be modified (address, name, or email) if our customer support team has not yet managed or shipped your order.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email
- Select the order you wish to check.
- Click the “Track” button.
You can request a password recovery here and update your personal information (name, address, and phone number) here.
