How to update an order (address, name, or email)?Updated a month ago

Kindly note that your order can only be modified (address, name, or email) if our customer support team has not yet managed or shipped your order.


 You can track your order by clicking here. Simply follow these steps:
 - Enter your email address.
 - Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email
 - Select the order you wish to check.
 - Click the “Track” button. 


You can request a password recovery here and update your personal information (name, address, and phone number) here. To update your email address, please contact our Punkt. support here, select "Account/discount/newsletter issue" and "Account/login/rest password issue" and simply follow the steps to contact the Punkt. support.
