Kindly note that your order can only be modified (address, name, or email) if our customer support team has not yet managed or shipped your order.
You can track your order by clicking here. Simply follow these steps:
- Enter your email address.
- Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email
- Select the order you wish to check.
- Click the “Track” button.
If your order hasn't been managed or shipped, you can contact our Punkt. support here to request the modification.
