v.2.0.0016 has been released to fix bugs related to PIN creation and access to PIN-protected accounts, in addition, the user experience has been improved by offering better interfaces.
Changes:
- Version number: The version number of Pigeon has changed.
- Re-base: Pigeon has been updated to Signal 7.1.3
Issues resolved:
- PIN: Now possible to create a PIN when creating the account.
- Backup UI improved: Modified backup interfaces to easily make the backup and save the phrase.
- Fixed crash: Fixed a crash in the Pigeon app that was happening when users are in group chats.
- Call UI improved: Modified call interfaces to improve the usability.
- Settings navigation improvements: Now is possible to navigate all the Settings options without multiple clicks of the buttons.
Known issues:
- Group Call Info: The list of participants in a group call is not scrollable.
- Group Call main menu: Once users leave the information page with the list of a group call participants, they cannot normally navigate through the options. They will be required to double click on the back button to exit the page.
- End of the call doesn’t work when the user exits Pigeon: When the user exits Pigeon app during a call, the end call button of the keyboard is no longer intercepted and the call cannot be ended. To end the call, it is necessary to re-enter the call menu and click on End call option.
