The MC03 is powered by Apostrophy (Based on AOSP 15). 

Apostrophy OS (AphyOS) is a privacy-first operating system developed in Switzerland and based on the Android Open Source Project (AOSP).

Unlike mainstream mobile platforms, AphyOS does not track, profile, or monetize user behaviour. It provides system-level control over apps, data flows, and permissions, while maintaining a simple and intuitive user experience.

AphyOS follows a subscription model. Rather than relying on data collection as a business model, it is designed so that you pay for the service—allowing you to retain full control over your data.
