How do I configure email with Apostrophy Webmail on the MC03?
To set up your email, download the Aphy Email app from the Aphy Store, available through Apps. Once installed, open the app and sign in with your Apostrophy account to access your webmail.
How do I create a new Apostrophy account on the MC03?
You can create a new Apostrophy account during the initial setup, or onboarding, when you first turn on the device. If your device is already set up, you will need to reset it and go through the onboarding process again to create a new account.
How do I sync Calendar with Apostrophy Calendar on the MC03?
Calendar syncing happens automatically, so no manual action is required. Your events are kept up to date in the background.
How do I activate my free subscription to Apostrophy Services once my MC03 arrives?
When you turn on the MC03 for the first time, you are immediately guided through the subscription activation process. The on-device setup makes it quick and easy to get started and access Apostrophy’s secure services right away.
What is the Apostrophy Services cancellation policy?
To cancel your subscription, simply log in to www.aphy.app, go to your account settings and choose to cancel your subscription. Please note that when you sign up for an Apostrophy account with the Punkt. MC03, the included subscription remains active
I already have an Apostrophy Services subscription. Will I get the free lifetime subscription?
Yes. If you already have an Apostrophy Services subscription, an additional lifetime subscription will be added to your account.
