Can I return a product?Updated a month ago

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from Punkt., you are entitled to withdraw from the contract within 30 days from receipt of the shipment, return the purchased product and receive a refund (including delivery cost).

This period of 30 days commences from the day after receipt of the purchased goods (reliance will be made upon the delivery date stated by the courier).

• Enter your email address.

• Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email.

• Select the order you wish to cancel.

• Click the “Return” button.
