How should I return a product to receive a refund?Updated 7 months ago

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories, and in accordance with the return instructions provided by Punkt.

If the product is returned with missing or damaged packaging or accessories, or if the item itself is broken, altered, or not intact, Punkt. reserves the right to withhold up to 50% of the original product price.

Please note that the refund process can only begin once our warehouse has completed quality control checks and confirmed the condition of the returned item.
